Please read the sections below carefully to understand the conditions under which a return, replacement, or refund may be accepted.
- 30 days replacement is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects
All return or replacement cases are resolved within a maximum of 7 days from the date the request is approved
We are committed to delivering high-quality EV chargers, tyre inflators, and accessories. In the unlikely event of an issue, we ensure a timely and fair resolution within our policy framework.
Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund
Replacement or refund will be provided in the following cases:
1. Manufacturing Defects
- Replacement is available within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be inspected and verified by the Wundercurrent service team
- If the same product is not available or out of stock, a full refund will be issued
2. Damaged Product
- Video clips and images are mandatory while raising the request
- Replacement or refund will be processed as applicable
3. Damaged or Tampered Shipment
- If the shipment box appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery
- Immediately raise a concern with our customer support team
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
- Any complaint related to damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement
The following situations are not covered under the return or replacement policy:
- Change of mind or product no longer required
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products with missing or tampered serial numbers
- Issues that can be resolved through repair or service under warranty
- Subjective reasons such as performance expectations, colour, or cosmetic preferences
- Requests raised outside the applicable return/replacement window
If you face any issue with your product:
- Raise a return or replacement request by contacting Wundercurrent Support
- Our support team will immediately troubleshoot the issue
- In case the product is confirmed as defective and non-repairable, a replacement will be initiated
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
- Replacement products are shipped within 5–10 working days after approval
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours
- The amount is typically credited within 3–5 working days
- Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
- Products must be returned unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoices, manuals, accessories, and included items must be intact
- Returns without essential items may be rejected
- Customers are advised to retain packaging and invoices for at least 30 days from delivery
