We stand behind the quality of our Wundercurrent Extension Reels and offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This means we’ll repair or replace your product if it malfunctions due to a flaw in materials or workmanship, excluding physical damage.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee:
For added peace of mind, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If you experience a non-user-caused issue with your Extension Reel within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace it immediately with the same product and color, subject to availability or refund will be issued to original mode of payment within 24 hours of receiving return product.
Repair or Replacement?
For defects discovered within 30 days, you can choose a replacement (if available) or a repair or refund.
- For defects discovered after 30 days, your options are repair or replacement at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
What’s Covered:
This warranty covers malfunctions and issues caused by manufacturing defects, excluding:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Issues related to improper use, modification, or installation.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or external factors.

- What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects eligible for repair, replacement, or refund as per warranty.
- Not Covered: Misuse, physical or installation damage, and external causes.
